The website provides general information about climate-resilient infrastructure, economic development, regional conditions and ClimateRoad’s activities. Website content is provided for general informational and discussion purposes. It is not engineering, legal, financial, investment, procurement or other professional advice.

Infrastructure decisions are site-specific and may depend on technical assessments, local conditions, approvals, standards and professional judgment. You should obtain appropriate independent advice before relying on website content for a project, transaction or decision.

You may access, view, download and print website content for lawful internal, informational or personal use subject to these Terms. You must not:

Where liability cannot be excluded, ClimateRoad’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by applicable law.

ClimateRoad may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, ClimateRoad or another person or to address suspected misuse.
